Karen Train

I work at a digital agency in Barcelona who specialise in the Travel Industry. My role is in post-launch web maintenance, I deal with all requests that come up after a website has been launched, anything from making improvements to fixing bugs.

I love the role as it is so varied - for one client I could be project managing a minor site-redesign; whilst for another I could be helping to troubleshoot speed issues and low conversion rates.

Here I keep a record of things I find on the web that are relevant to my role and help me to do my job better.
